  1. Yeah, except the ones coming after it are the FCC. Government controls are far scarier than anything the carriers might do. For one thing, they can be shamed

  2. Yea. Like when AT&T puts a cap on internet usage that comes over the exact same wires and infrastructure as their digital video offering, which of course isn’t capped. That’s not scary at all.
